How to Request a Return or Exchange?

Our Return Policy
If you receive your order and decide that you no longer want it or have simply changed your mind, you may request a return or exchange.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be returned in their original condition.
- Return/Exchange shipping fees vary depending on the governorate. Refunds will be issued after deducting the shipping fees.
- The refund amount will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days after the returned items are inspected and approved.
- Some products may have special policies or restrictions (e.g., socks and towels are non-returnable for hygiene reasons). Please refer to the product page for details.
If you receive a product that is not as described, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the following:
- Order Number
- A photo of the item (showing the defect or the incorrect part, if any)
If the returned item does not pass our quality inspection, it will be shipped back to you within 3–7 working days, and no refund will be issued.
- Initial shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Conditions for Eligible Returns
To process your return smoothly, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be in their original packaging (box, bag, etc.).
- Tags, stickers, or branding logos must remain intact and unremoved.
- The product must be in new and unused condition.
Note: Opened, damaged, or used items cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns.
